China Chain International Tax Consultancy (abbreviated to CCITC
below) tries to attain the service object to assist our clients
in minimizing the tax risk, exploring the optional tax saving
opportunity and realizing the complicated tax planning. We will
provide our clients with tax professional services in multi-regions,
specialization, diversification and depth according to the relevant
tax laws and regulations. |
中成海华税务专业服务机构目前包括：广东中成海华税务师事务所有限公司、广东中成海华税务师事务所有限公司深圳分公司、中成海华（北京）税务师事务所有限公司、中成海华（北京）税务师事务所有限公司哈尔滨分公司、中成国际税务咨询（香港）有限公司等五家业务机构。这些业务机构分别地处广州、深圳、北京、香港等中国经济发达区域，为海外跨国公司、大型企业集团以及中、外公司跨区域经营活动提供广泛的异地化专业协助。
CCITC has currently five business entities, which are China
Chain International Tax Consultancy Guangdong Limited, China
Chain International Tax Consultancy Shenzhen Limited, China
Chain International Tax Consultancy Beijing imited,China Chain
International Tax Consultancy Beijing Limited Haerbin Branch
and China Chain International Tax Consultancy Hong Kong Limited,
located respectively in Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Beijing and Hong
Kong, the political and economical centers of China. We are
ready to provide the multinational companies, large group companies
and the home and foreign companies doing business across regions
in China with professional services in a broad way and in different
regions.

The services we provide in the different regions include: -
tax consultancy services, tax planning services, multi-region
tax planning arrangements and tax planning for company’s reorganization,
transfer pricing services, regular tax review and special tax
review for mergers and acquisitions, agency service for enterprise
income tax final settlement, agency service for tax return preparation
and negotiations with tax authority, tax appeal, agency service
for the tax refund of export goods, technical support and technical
enquires on the computer system for the tax refund return of
export goods, tax training , software designing and developing
for tax administrations purpose for the enterprises. Further
more, CCITC Hong Kong Limited can provide clients with tax advisory
services, company registration and secretary services in Hong
Kong and international tax arrangements for multinational companies.
中成海华税务专业服务机构本着“以人为本”原则汇集具有较高专业素养、有创造力和实务经验的财税专业人才，以专业化的专门人才来提升我们的服务品质。各业务机构高层管理人员曾在国家、地方税务系统服务多年，与各地税务部门有广泛的业务联络，熟悉企业涉税事项的处理程序。所属五家业务机构现有员工151余人，100%为大学以上学历，平均年龄为35岁。其中具备中国注册税务师、中国注册会计师、中国注册评估师、国际内部注册审计师师等各项专业资格的专业人员共占60%。大部分专业人员具备丰富的专业实务经验，熟谙中、港两地财税法规，对企业税务管理实务操作流程、财务会计实务操作流程具有较深刻的认识，协助客户在不断变化的税法体系下降低税务风险，获取实质收益。
Based on the concept that “human is the important assets”, CCTIC
has absorbed cultivated and creative staffs with a view of promoting
and enhancing the service quality with which we provide our
clients. The managerial personals of each office had ever worked
in the state or local tax bureau for years and established close
working relationship with tax authorities in the different regions.
They are skilled at the treatment involving the enterprises’
taxation. The five business entities of CCITC have currently
over 151 professionals. 100% of them possess the university
qualifications. 60% of them have the Certified Public Accountants
(“CPA”) or Certified Tax Agents (“CTA”) or Certified Public
Valuer (“CPV”) or Internaitoanl Certifired Internal Auditor
(“CIA”). The average age of our staff is 35 years old. Our professionals
have a wide range of practical experiences and are familiar
with the relevant tax laws, regulations and accounting standards
both in China and in Hong Kong. Up to date, good knowledge enables
us to assist clients to manage their tax affairs in compliance
with the changing regulatory regime. |
